Terms & Conditions kwin8 – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By registering, logging in, or using any part of the kwin8 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

Kwin8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via approved Malaysian payment methods. The currently accepted methods are:

Deposit requirements that all kwin8 members must comply with:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet that is registered under the kwin8 member's name method. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Kwin8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are subject to standard security checks before being credited to your account balance.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another member.

Kwin8 members may withdraw their winnings to the same account or e-wallet used for their deposit. Withdrawals will be processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 business hour for fully verified accounts (KYC complete).
• For accounts that have not completed the KYC verification process, processing may take up to 3 business days.
• Kwin8 reserves the right to place a hold on or decline any withdrawal that requires further review for security or compliance reasons.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Using more than one account to claim the same bonus is a serious violation and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and the closure of the accounts involved.

Kwin8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, either temporarily or permanently, in the following situations:

• Failure to pass the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the kwin8 support team. Any valid balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the rollover requirements) will be returned via the standard withdrawal process once the account closure is confirmed.

Kwin8 members are not permitted to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any kwin8 content without prior written permission.
• Using kwin8's brand name, logo, or trademarks without official authorisation.
• Linking to the kwin8 platform for commercial purposes or in a context that may damage kwin8's reputation.
